Folding Card

In the last post, I shared some card-making ideas. In this post I am sharing a tutorial on a simple folding card which I recently made for my friend’s birthday.

Materials Used:

Coloured Paper, Scissors, Ruler, Glue and Ribbon

Steps:

Here are the measurements of the card and the way it is going to be folded.

Now cut the coloured paper according to the given measurements and score the edges for easy folding.

#Tip for scoring: Use the tip of a compass or scissors and mark all the lines along the edges without exerting much pressure.

Now you can paste as many photos and messages you want and show your creativity.

Now fold the card and tie it with a ribbon to stop it from opening and decorate it as you want. Gift it to your loved ones and make them happy:)

  1. Loved this card, really amazing to see thatyou can create such things from a single sheet of paper, will definetly give it a try but if you vould just explain what is scoring a paper, that term got me confused.
    Otherwise it was very helpful

    1. Scoring the paper is basically marking the outlines of the line to be folded with a sharp thing like compass and scissors for easy folding.. I will definitely try to make terms easier in my upcoming posts.. Thanks for the feedback
